Do you provide both photography and videography?
Yes! We offer comprehensive photography and videography services. Our team includes skilled photographers and videographers who work seamlessly together to capture every precious moment. We provide traditional videos, cinematic films, same-day edits, and highlight reels.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Delhi NCR and primarily serve Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. However, we also travel for destination weddings across India and internationally. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside Delhi NCR.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak season (October to March). For other events, 2-4 weeks advance booking is usually sufficient. Popular dates fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better!
What is your booking process?
Our booking process is simple:
  1. Initial consultation to discuss your requirements
  2. Review and select your package
  3. Sign the contract
  4. Pay the booking deposit (30% of total amount)
  5. Your date is confirmed!
We'll stay in touch throughout the planning process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is:
  • Free rescheduling if notified 30+ days before the event (subject to availability)
  • Cancellation 60+ days before: 75% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 30-60 days before: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 30 days: No refund
For COVID-related or emergency situations, we offer flexible rescheduling options.
What are your photography packages and pricing?
We offer various customizable packages starting from ₹25,000 for basic event coverage. Wedding packages typically range from ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000+ depending on:
  • Number of events/days
  • Photography + videography requirements
  • Number of photographers/videographers
  • Album and print requirements
  • Travel and accommodation (if applicable)

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% booking deposit to reserve your date. The remaining 70% is due on or before the event day. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or cheque. The deposit is partially refundable based on our cancellation policy.
Can we customize our package?
Absolutely! We understand every event is unique. We're happy to customize packages based on your specific requirements, budget, and preferences. Whether you need additional hours, extra photographers, or special requests, we'll work with you to create the perfect package.
How long does it take to receive the final photos/videos?
Our standard delivery timeline is:
  • Teaser/Preview photos: 3-5 days
  • Complete edited photo gallery: 4-6 weeks
  • Wedding highlight video: 6-8 weeks
  • Full wedding film: 8-12 weeks
  • Albums and prints: 4-6 weeks after design approval
Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos depends on the event duration and type:
  • Full day wedding: 800-1200+ edited photos
  • Pre-wedding shoot: 100-150 edited photos
  • Birthday/small event: 200-400 edited photos
  • Corporate event: 150-300 edited photos
All photos are professionally edited for color, exposure, and quality.
How do you deliver the photos and videos?
We provide multiple delivery options:
  • Online gallery with download links (primary method)
  • Google Drive or cloud storage links
  • USB drive/pen drive (additional charges may apply)
  • Physical albums and prints (as per package)
The online gallery remains active for 6 months, allowing you to share with family and friends.
Do you provide raw/unedited photos?
Our standard packages include professionally edited images only. We believe in delivering our best work, which includes our editing style and expertise. However, raw files can be provided for an additional fee if specifically requested at the time of booking.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes! We offer premium quality albums, canvas prints, and framed photographs. Our album options include:
  • Flush mount albums
  • Coffee table books
  • Parent albums
  • Canvas and acrylic prints
  • Custom frames
These can be added to any package or ordered separately after your event.
What happens if the photographer is sick on my event day?
Your event is our priority! We have a network of professional backup photographers who can step in if needed. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we guarantee that your event will be covered by an equally skilled photographer from our team or trusted network. Your special day will never be left without coverage.
Can we meet before booking to discuss our requirements?
Of course! We encourage meeting before booking. We offer:
  • In-person consultations at our studio
  • Video calls via Zoom/Google Meet
  • Phone consultations
During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision, show you complete galleries from previous work, and answer all your questions. This helps ensure we're the perfect fit for your special day!
